Return & Refund Policy

No Returns Policy

Due to the shipping processes, I do not accept returns on any orders. Once an order has been shipped, it cannot be returned or exchanged. (Subject to change as I currently run on a pre-order base sell system)

 

Refunds and Store Credit

I understand mistakes happen. A refund or store credit will be offered under the following circumstances:

  1. Errors on my End: If there is a mistake with your order due to my error (e.g., wrong size sent, incorrect item or defective product)

2. Shipping Issues: If your packages are significantly delayed or lost due to my shipping process, please contact me, and I will work with you to resolve the issue.

 

Non-Refundable Circumstances

I cannot offer refunds or returns for the following:

  • Misjudgement of Size: I encourage customers to carefully review our sizing chart before placing an order. I cannot offer refunds or exchanges if you order the wrong size (unless you are local and I happen to have spares.)

  • Incorrect Address: Please double-check your shipping address before finalising your order. I am not responsible for packages delivered to an incorrect address that was given.
